I have been on the Internet with an online store for three years now and I love it.  I am always looking for new ways to make money and I recently saw some that kind of interested me. I was reading a Blogging to the Bank review and I liked what I saw. I’m fairly new to the world of blogging,please don’t laugh. I like the fact that somebody can have a blog that is of personal interest to that person,and make some serious money while you are at it. I’m going to probably going to purchase this book and see what I can do with it.

I sat down to watch the very first show and they had these poor fat people walking up this gigantic hill to see who the team leaders are. Talk about trying to loose weight quick the hard way. If I had a hill in my backyard that I could walk up everyday I would be able to lose weight to. They made the coolest desert with banana cream pie pudding, fat free of course, with a little bit of fat free cool whip on the top. That is a dessert that I could make and eat everyday. I hope that I can do as good as they do.

Tip #1

It is not confirmed that chiropractic manipulations will help with acid reflux.  In fact, some doctors don’t recommend chiropractic treatments for acid reflux at all.  However, some patients claim that these types of manipulations help them greatly with their acid reflux symptoms.  So, if you are interested in alternative therapies for your acid reflux, you can certainly give chiropractic manipulation a try and see if it helps you.

Tip #2

The discomfort caused by acid reflux happens because acidic contents burn the esophagus and causes irritation in the. This is a chronic disease, which can have life long repercussions and requires regular medication. Young children may grow out of it.

Tip #3

It is worth cutting back on tomato based foods like chilli, pasta and pizza sauces with tomatoes in it as tomatoes are known to cause an increase in stomach acids, which in turn can trigger heartburn and GERD symptoms. 

Tip #4

There are an abundance of histamine antagonists on the market today; most are even available for purchase over the counter without the need for a prescription.  Most have heard of Tagamet, Zantac, Axid, and Pepcid which are all available at most grocery and drug stores.  If these do not work in the beginning it is probably worth your time to visit your doctor and see if an extra strength histamine antagonist is available to you.

Tip #5

People can change their diets to actually eliminate or reduce the effects of Acid Reflux. A proper routine can be made to reduce the problem which generally causes due to the irregular habits of eating or eating more junk food and also from excessive drinking. These bad habits cause a rise in the stomach acids, which in turn adds more pressure on the muscle that is trying to stop the stomach acid from escaping.

Tip #6

Sometimes it is best to take the antacids up to an hour before eating, others while they are eating, and still others just after they finish.  The goal is finding what the good time is to take it for you as everyone has a different timetable for the antacids to reach the stomach.  If it reaches before the acid does then it doesn’t do you any good.

Tip #7

Everyone loves a big and hearty meal, but the traditional American Family dinners may not be the best thing for the acid reflux sufferers.  Instead of waiting for a large family meal to send you into the evening or a big lunch to help overcome the rest of the business day, try eating smaller and more frequent meals to alleviate the acid reflux problem.  With less food to distend the stomach and less work required by the stomach for the stomach to be emptied, the chances of an episode of acid reflux occurring will drop considerably.

A Car I Earned

When I turned sixteen, my parents had promised me that I would get a car if I got a job. They did not tell me that I would have to earn all of the money for the car on my own, through the job. I thought that it was so unfair when I first started working, but I kept on saving up the money. It took me a while, but I was able to save up enough to start looking for vintage autos for sale. When I found that car of my dreams, I was so proud of the fact that I earned it.

Car rental tips - book ahead

Earlier this year I left my vacation rental car booking late and ended up paying through the nose for a week’s rental. Planning for next year’s trip, I have already booked next summer’s car rental - and used my budget coupons to save some more money - and the price was significantly lower. I was intrigued that I didn’t have to pay up front for the rental, just place the booking with my details, so I suppose I can cancel the booing if I find other, cheaper options. The saving I got for using a discount coupon enabled me to afford a sat-nav, so hopefully some more exploring than usual without the fear of getting lost in the middle of nowhere!

I was out visiting family in Florida when I started to experience some sharp back pain. I had experienced this before sporadically but always shrugged it off. I am too pretty to go to jail, wear orange and have nappy braids!

I must be turning in to a mad woman because all day I plot out how to get my ex back for cheating on me with my best friend.  I was so hurt when I caught them together and almost most killed them then, but it wasn’t worth it.  I am too pretty to go to jail, wear orange and have nappy braids.  Whatever, I came up with I wanted it to hurt them as bad as it hurt me.  They would know that karma was unpleasant and not at all friendly.  My mother told me it wouldn’t be right since two wrongs don’t make a right.  The only right I need is to feel happy and make them miserable.  Well, I guess its back to the drawing board.
