Marketing a Car Business

Working as an automotive dealer has been hard on my brother-in-law in the last year, due to the economy.  He is always looking for ways to increase traffic to his dealership.  Most of the advertising methods that have been suggested to him haven’t been very successful.  Now, however, he has started to try automotive direct mail, and so far he is pleased with the results.  He likes that it allows him to readily verify customer response.  This means he can see exactly what sort of return he is getting from this method of marketing.  He plans to continue for quite some time.
