Taking care of your electric car batteries

The electric car derives all its power from its batteries. They therefore have to be kept in a very good condition all the time. You will need to monitor the battery levels all the time so that they are not undercharged during the electric car conversion. You will need to pay attention to the terminals and wipe off any deposits that come there.
The batteries should not be totally worn out before you recharge them. Doing so may make the battery weak and eventually get damaged. You should send them for charging at least when they are at 40% capacity. This way you will maintain the cells and then make them last very long.
