CSI Mimics LA Based Real Estate Agents

I read recently that there is a law suit pending against the writer of the hit television show CSI.  Apparently she once tried to buy a house from a husband and wife real estate duo and the deal fell through.  The couple is now claiming that she used them as the basis of a show in which a couple by the same first names and similar last name take part in some very promiscuous activities.  They are suing her saying that she has given them a bad name and hurt their business.  I would guess that there are now Los Angeles Federal Criminal Defense Attorneys involved in trying to determine whether or not there was any actual crime that took place.  It seems like that would be hard to prove.
