Local Comedian Spotted with Mortgage Leads

Just recently, a local comedian and all around funny man was spotted with a sheet of mortgage leads. When asked if there was some plan to use them as a part of his repertoire he said he picked them off of a old college buddy who had found the list hiding under the couch of his house. The list of leads appeared to be quite old, having turned a yellowish color around the edges. The comedian said that he found that adding the list and using it a prop in his act would add a new and interesting dimension to his show.
