Local Studies by Universities Show that Concrete Driveways In the Twin Cities Area Are Better

March 30th, 2008 by admin

Did you know that there have been numerous studies done, by universities across the country studying the performance and costs of paving roads with different materials. Concrete and asphalt were the two materials studied, and the University of Minnesota have shown that when concrete was used it saved more than 19% on maintenance costs compared to roads paved with asphalt. That being said, if you are looking to pave anything, say something as simple as concrete driveways in the Twin Cities, you absolutely can not go wrong with concrete. You save money in the long term because concrete doesn’t need the maintenance that asphalt requires.
