Poor Service

My boss has asked that I find a new company to handle Dumpster Rental in Maryland as the firm we are currently using is horrible. Twice in the past month, they have missed our pickup date and the smell from the dumpster was overwhelming. The first time when I called to complain they agreed to send someone out the same day and they never showed. The second time they missed, I called and the receptionist hung up on me. My boss was so livid he called and told them to come get their dumpster. He also informed them that he would not be paying the balance of the bill as they had not fulfilled their end of the contract. They came and got the dumpster, now we are waiting to see if they try to bill us.
