We Chose a Contractor With LEEDs Certification to Build Our Home

My husband and I wanted to do our part to preserve our planet.  We wanted our new home to be the most energy efficient home you can have built.  We included solar panels and wind turbines since we live in a warm climate with some wind.  We feel we can get more out of our natural resources that way and conserve more energy.  We hired contractors LEEDs certification only to do the job.  We wanted a home with a platinum points rating.  This means we wanted the highest rating you can get for our home.  Now that our home is completed and we are living in it, I am very happy with our results.
