Most diet regimes are hard to follow. Dieters end up not being able to finish the plan. It’s important to follow through once you start a diet, otherwise you might end up not reaching your target weight despite dieting the past several weeks. What a waste of time and effort that would be.

A simple diet plan that is easy to stick to is the most effective if you want to lose weight fast. Never mind those complicated diet regimes that are almost impossible to adhere to. Its useless to even start it if you think you can’t finish it off.
