Do you smoke regularly? Do you take alcohol everyday? If the answer is yes, then you may have a problem of bad breath in future. The Causes Of Bad Breath contain these habits. There are other reasons also. If you are not regular in brushing your teeth and washing your mouth an unpleasant scent will come out of your mouth. Foods like meat, fish etc. are the reason for bad breath. The metabolic activities of the bacteria that grow inside the mouth will produce odorous compound. This odor comes out when you exhale the air. So keep your mouth clean and always take advices from the doctors to prevent bad breath.
