While weight loss is on the priority list for every one, so is colon cleanse now a days. After Oprah Winfrey and Dr. Mehmet Oz supporting the method, it has painted the town red. The fun part is that no one knows that it is not a new process. This is age old process of cleansing the stomach of the patients before any major surgery. The only difference is that now people are taking it up also when they are not sick and they are only looking for some fitness. They must realize that like all other diet supplements this one too has its pros & cons.
