Nutrisystem Menu Item: Teriyaki Sauce, Rice, Beef and Vegetables

This was an interesting one to say the least! Let me start off by saying that we actually do like just about anything that is teriyaki, it’s rather good to have that nice sauce all over everything…if it’s meant to be that way of course. This one was a little odd…not exactly a bad dish on the part of nutrisystem but a strange tasting one.
Nutritional facts for Teriyaki sauce, rice, beef and vegetables:
Total Fat per serving: 270 calories per serving
Total saturated fat per serving: 4 grams per serving
Total sodium per serving: 790mg per serving
Total protein per serving: 19 grams per serving
