Reverse Crunches - How to do them

Reverse crunches are one of the best ab exercises you could do for great effect.

If you want to get six pack abs then following a  six pack abs diet alone will not cut it.

You should also do compound exercises like squats and ab exercises like reverse crunches. These are done by laying on the floor with your knees up in the air bent at about 90 degrees.

Then bring them back to your chest and forward again. If you have never done these before then you can expect your abs to be sore the next day. Aim for 2 sets of 10-15 at first.
