Snoring

My husband (as do many husbands do their wives) keeps me up half the night with his snoring. He does not snore all the time just when he snuggles up and has his face right in my ear. Oh my goodness, I jump straight out of a dead sleep. I have been looking at some natural sleep aids for me and him, the babies are old enough to be in their own room so I can sleep harder now. When they were babies I would sleep very light with my hand in the bassonet with one of them. But now I can sleep harder.
