CNA Training Classes Important to Becoming a CNA

June 14th, 2010 by admin

CNA Training Classes are very important for anyone looking to become a qualified nurses assistant. What the certified nursing assistant has to do day to day will vary a lot. Some of the common tasks that a CNA will have to do are as follows; helping patients to move, answering their calls, preparing patients for treatment or surgery, moving patients, and a lot of cleaning. In almost 90% of instances, nursing assistants are required to give bedside care, and then also to take care of basic nurses tasks. By the way, this by no way means that a CNA is not a very important member of any nursing or care team. It’s definitely worth understanding, that in order for an CNA to do their work, they must be supervised by an RN. This is due to legal and liability issues for the hosptital and health system.
