He is not presenting my house well

I contracted a Fort Collins Realtor and asked him for help in selling my old house. He clicked few pictures of my house from his mobile phone camera and listed the house on his website. The pictures are not clear and do not exhibit the real beauty of my house. I tried contacting him many times but he never arranged to get new pictures clicked. I decided to ask a professional photographer to click its images. I sent those images to the realtor but he has not yet put the images on website even after a month. I am fed up of this person and want to come out of the contract.
