If you are thinking about buying a sauna so you will have a warm place to sweat in your home this winter, you may want to read some saunas information first so you know the benefits and types of saunas available. There are many types you can get from traditional wood built in saunas to less expensive infrared portable saunas.
One thing you need to consider when buying a sauna is how much room do you have in your house and how many people will most likely be using the sauna at one time. Saunas come in 1, 2,3, 4 and more person sizes.
