We Were Still Friends

When my husband and my divorced from one another, we actually drove together to the office of our Staten Island divorce lawyer. At the time, many people thought that we were crazy. I think that the two of us were just ready to separate from one another. We had not been getting along for a number of years and it was time to put one another out of our misery. I am just glad that we were able to remain friends.
