If you’ve decided you really do want him back, then follow this advice to ensure that you get him back forever. Men are simple if you understand them. They want what they can’t have, and they don’t want what’s easily available. The first thing you have to do to get him back is to completely let him go. That’s right. Let him know that he is free of you, and you’re fine with the fact – even if you aren’t – that he may never return. When he calls give him the clear impression that you are doing fine, don’t need him at all, and may, in fact, prefer your life without him in it. This attitude will tempt him to return. Don’t encourage him. Wait until he suggests it, then be non-committal. Don’t express relief, delight or any other happy emotion. Instead, be cool. When he does return don’t be clingy. Assert your independence. Keep him unable to count on having you around. Make him earn it. Men like a challenge. By remaining one you’ll not only get him back but you’ll get him back forever.
