Grater Plate

When i use the graterplate, I always think of new ways and products that can be grated with this little marvel. The other day I purchased some fresh ginger and went about the task of grating this beautiful little root. After the first attempts seem a little futile I got on to how it should be done and went grating away. Well, after I had enough of the stuff I put it in a special stir fry I was in the process of making and what a difference the fresh stuff made. I don’t know how I would have done it without my little gem.
