Deed For Contract Writer

April 4th, 2010 by admin

Engaging in a deed for contract arrangement has its ups and downs. To be sure that you know what you are going into, make sure you are fully aware of all the aspects of the agreement before signing it. Better yet, conduct due diligence on the property and on the owner prior to the acquisition. If you are not aware of how to conduct due diligence, consult with a real estate or legal professional that would educate you on how what to do and what to avoid in entering into these agreements. Remember, what is at stake here is not only your money but also your future property.
