The major question that most buyers and sellers ask themselves before entering into any real estate transaction is when is the right time to buy or sell. It can be a difficult decision especially when prices are either rapidly rising or falling. There is easy answer this this questions but to put it simple the right time is always now. That is because buying real estate is not like trying to play the stock market for a short term gain. Yes there are people flip house for a quick return on their investment but the major of buyers and sellers are in it for the long term and historically home value has always gone up.
