An Intense Ironman Training Program

You would hardly believe what a person goes through that is training for an Ironman triathlon. First, most of them get up 6 days a week before the crack of dawn and put on their shoes. These might be running shoes or cycling shoes, depending on what day it is. They ride or run for hours and often both in the same day. During their Ironman training they watch calories, carbohydrates, proteins, fats and everything else you can expect. They are a rare breed that participates in this sport and even more rare are the ones that thrive off all of it.
