My Friend Had Offered his Private Beach Resort to me for a very Low Price

Last Sunday morning, a friend of mine was offering his private beach resort to me for a very low price. He really needed the money for an emergency and was selling his beach resort to me since he knew that I can be trusted to manage his beach resort well. It was a very sentimental property to him and he didn’t want to be bought by somebody else whom he didn’t know. I then got very interested on his offer and was very intrigued about it. Buying a timeshare such as this beautiful beach resort was my dream since I was a child and this was a very great opportunity for me to accomplish that dream. He offered me his private beach resort for a very low price and I immediately accepted his offer before he will change his mind.
