Benefits of Treadmill Trainer Volume 1

Hello,I have been doing treadmill trainer volume 1 for a few weeks now. I had stopped going to my gym due to a very busy work schedule and decided I needed to set an exercise goal to keep me focused. I thought putting a goal of running a 5K would be something that would inspire me to stay committed. I searched the internet and came across other interval training programs. Tried one, but it was difficult as I had to continually check the time to see when I needed to switch from a jog to walking. With Treadmill Trainer #1 I do not have to worry about that at all and that is huge! I turn on my iPod and go. I workout on my treadmill in the basement and I can have the TV on with the TTV#1 in the background to keep me on track. Over the past few weeks I have noticed a big difference in my breathing and stamina. I am a totally newbie and the first time I did it the last 4 minutes were tough. The first couple workouts I was very winded. I have learned correct breathing techniques, form, and pace which I did not know before and believe because I was doing incorrectly is what made me always so winded when trying to run. I look forward to this workout now and enjoy the challenge. I am probably ready to head on to TTV#2, but have still been using #1 and increase the intensity workout by increasing my speed.  I have been very pleased with the product and also the emails and newsletters. There is a lot of great info to help put together a good exercise program. You don’t need to spend money on a gym membership. You can do this workout outside or if you have a treadmill at home jump on that. I cancelled my gym membership that I never used and have begun to utilize my treadmill and dumbbells to get into the shape I want to be in.Thank you for putting together this great product and all of your other exercise related material!
