What do most people want to change about their body? For women, it’s either your back side or your baby belly. For men, nine times out of ten, it’s how to lose your beer belly. I had just begun to think that it would take exercising from dusk until dark at a very high, intense, cardio level. And if that is the case, it’s mine forever. I might as well take complete ownership of my abs, but then I ran across newfitnessscience.com. Is there an easier way to obtain a six pack? Is what they say for real, LESS time in the gym? Since I don’t have all day, I like the idea.
