The Best Way to Use the Call Center

I have been trying to reach someone in the right department of my electric company, and up til now, I have not been able to know what to do. Then, I talked to someone who got some answers online. They simply needed to know the right person in the company to talk to. Once they discovered which department did what, it was easy to know what person to talk with.This made the call center technology UK much easier. It just helps to know how to be directed when you are calling so it is not confusing for the customer, or for the representative.
