Becoming A Property Manager

I recently got my license for real estate so I was looking for my niche in the business. A friend of mine only does purchase properties and she loves it. I didn’t want to do those because I want to offer something different. A developer came into the office and said he was looking for a realtor to work with because he had several vacation rentals he was looking to get rented. Then I thought this is a great area to go into because I only have to keep the properties occupied and be the manager. That was would keep a steady stream of cash in my pocket.
